Specifically designed for the 2012-2020 LP700, LP720, and LP750 trims, this hood replaces the factory component to provide a more aggressive stance and reduced vehicle weight. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, the hood utilizes a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss finish. The manufacturing process employs Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) technology, which results in a part that is 10-20% lighter than previous methods while enhancing structural integrity and durability. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, further reinforcing the hood. For optimal safety and performance, hood pins are required for installation. It is crucial to avoid reusing stock hood struts, shocks, dampers, or springs, as these components may compromise the integrity of the carbon fiber hood and potentially cause cracking. This product is generally intended for off-road use unless otherwise specified by local laws.
