The Speedfactory YCP-75.5MMKIT is a set of Vitara pistons designed for D-Series blocks for turbo or forced induction applications. These pistons feature a 75.5mm bore size and a 8.5:1 compression ratio. Constructed from AC8a Grade material, they are Teflon coated and include 19mm floating wrist pins compatible with aftermarket D16 forged connecting rods.

The Speedfactory YCP-75.5MMKIT offers a cost-effective solution for building a high-horsepower D-Series engine. These Vitara pistons are engineered for turbo or forced induction setups and come in a 75.5mm bore size, providing a 8.5:1 compression ratio. The pistons are constructed from a stronger AC8a Grade cast material than OEM equivalents and feature a Teflon coating. Included with the pistons are premium ring sets and 19mm floating wrist pins. These wrist pins are specifically designed to fit aftermarket D16 forged connecting rods, making this kit a solid foundation for engine builds aiming for 300-500 HP. They are sold as a complete set for installation into any D-Series block. This kit is suitable for various D15 and D16 SOHC engine applications. The combination of durable materials, a lower compression ratio, and Teflon coating makes these pistons ideal for boosted performance builds.
