The Mikuni VM Round Slide Carburetor, identified by part number 1002-0048, is a 22mm carburetor engineered for performance applications. Its VM Series design, specifically the VM22-133 model, is renowned for its excellent flow characteristics due to the round slide configuration. This carburetor features adjustment screws and the enricher located on the left side, simplifying access for tuning. The unit has a 22mm carburetor size and a spigot mounting outside diameter of 22mm, with flange type mounting. Key internal components include a 30 pilot jet (VM22/210), a 100 main jet (4/042), an N-8 needle jet (257 Series), and a 4D20 needle. The slide cutaway is 2.0 (VM26/21), and the needle valve is 2.0 (VM26/26). It also includes a 2.5 air jet. The carburetor has a silver base color and comes as a single unit.
