VNT Turbocharger Upgrade

The PerformanceTDI GTD1752VRK is a high-performance 5th-generation VNT turbocharger designed for VW ALH, BEW, BHW, BRM, CBEA, and CJAA diesel engines. Engineered with Garrett ceramic ball bearings and a 52mm 8+0 compressor wheel, it provides faster spool times, higher EGT capacity, and improved air-fuel ratios compared to older VNT systems. This unit is capable of supporting power targets between 220-230bhp with a max safe boost of 2.0 BAR or 30 PSI. Installation of this turbo is not a direct bolt-on and requires significant modifications to your setup. A custom remap is required immediately after installation, and operators should upgrade the clutch, MAP sensor, fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems. Internal engine modifications may be necessary to accommodate the increased output. Regarding fitment, for engines swapped into non-stock vehicles, the turbo may not clear the engine bay if bottom-mounted; a top-mounted option is available if space is constrained. Note that top-mounting positions the unit directly behind the intake manifold. This kit is not compatible with stock configurations without these additional supporting parts and tuning.
