Volvo Redblock to 8HP70 N57 Adapter Kit

The DomiWorks Volvo Redblock to 8HP70 N57 Adapter Kit facilitates the integration of BMW 8HP 45/50/51/70/75/76 transmissions with Volvo Redblock engines. This kit includes an adapter plate and converter adapter, both crafted from high-grade aluminum with a premium natural and black anodized finish. The 23mm thick adapter plate is engineered with three distinct bolt patterns, enabling versatile installation. It supports mounting in both standard tilt and zero-tilt configurations for all N57-style transmission bellhousings, including compatibility with the 8HP45 N47, 8HP50 B37/B48/B58, 8HP51 B58, 8HP70 N57, 8HP75 B57, and 8HP76 B57/S58 transmissions. Additionally, a third bolt pattern is available for the 8HP45 N55 and N20/N26 in a normal tilt position, though it requires an additional N55 or N20/N26 TC-Adapter addon for full bolt-on capability. To complete the setup, this kit is intended for use with Volvo flexplates, specifically part numbers 6842012 (with integrated trigger ring) or 1326336 (without a trigger ring). It also includes newly produced Volvo parts necessary for mounting with the flexplate: guiding bushing (part number 1336913) and flange (part number 463088). The torque converter adapter is designed with 8 holes, with the option to drill an additional 4 holes for enhanced clamping force.
