The Chevrolet Performance EQ-CH305BA is an assembled pair of Vortec cylinder heads for 1996-2002 Chevrolet 5.0L 305 V8 engines. These heads are constructed from cast iron and feature a thicker deck for increased strength and an improved design that resists cracking. They replace casting numbers 12552520, 12557113, and 12558059, and feature 170cc intake runners and 76cc combustion chambers.

The Chevrolet Performance EQ-CH305BA is a pair of assembled Vortec cylinder heads designed for Chevrolet 5.0L 305 V8 engines from 1996 to 2002. They boast a thicker deck for superior strength and an improved design that actively resists cracking, a common issue with stock components. Each assembled EQ cylinder head includes 100% new OE-type valves, seals, valve springs, and retainers. These heads feature a superior port finish for increased airflow, redesigned water passages for better thermal conductivity, and hardened exhaust seats. They also include CNC-machined guides and seats, a 3-angle valve finish, and undergo a rigorous 25-point quality check to ensure top performance. The intake runners measure 170cc, and the combustion chambers are 76cc. These cylinder heads replace several OEM casting numbers, including 12552520, 12557113, and 12558059, as well as Mercruiser/Quick Silver part number 938-802556. They are a direct upgrade for compatible Vortec engines, offering improved flow and robustness over stock components.
