Vortec Engine Wiring Harness for Manual Transmissions

The Psi HAR-G3WM is a standalone wiring harness specifically engineered for retrofitting 2003-2007 Vortec engines (4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L) with Drive-by-Wire (DBW) systems. This harness is compatible with T56/TR6060 manual transmissions or older non-electronic automatic transmissions such as TH350, TH400, Powerglide, 700R4, and 200-4R. It allows for the use of the factory Vortec intake manifold and can accommodate Multec, EV1, or EV6 injectors. Constructed using brand-new GM Delphi connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire, adhering to GM Specifications, this harness ensures durability and reliability. It offers a fully plug-and-play setup requiring only four wire connections for switched power, constant power, and ground. The harness provides a length of 4-5 feet from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting area, suitable for placement under the vehicle's dashboard, and includes a sliding grommet seal for a professional, leak-proof installation. All harnesses undergo 100% quality inspection before shipping. This harness is designed for vehicles originally equipped with LS1, LS6, LR4, LM7, L59, LQ4, LQ9, LM4, or L33 engines from 1997 to 2007. It is intended for retrofitting these engines into older muscle cars, street rods, or vehicles not requiring emissions control. The system is provisioned to operate without input from the transmission, offering broad compatibility with any manual or non-electronic transmission.
