Vortech V3 Si Intercooled Supercharger System

The RIPP Supercharger system is a comprehensive, air-to-air intercooled supercharger kit specifically designed for the 2015-2017 Chrysler 300 3.6L. It utilizes a Vortech V3 Si head unit, an MX-Flow Race bypass valve, and FIC plug-and-play injectors to deliver enhanced performance. This complete system includes all necessary components for installation, such as mounting brackets, pulleys, belts, an air-to-air front-mounted intercooler with hardware, aluminum mandrel-bent charge piping, and a self-contained lubricating system. Engine management is handled by an HP Tuners RTD OBDII module, with a RIPP tune included. The kit also features a PCM unlock service, a Gates belt, a RIPP air filter, and all required vacuum lines and adapters. Installation is estimated to take eight to ten hours for a licensed mechanic. Preliminary tests indicate a gain of at least 170 wheel horsepower (WHP) and over 425 WHP and 360 ft-lbs of torque with the RIPP Supercharger installed on a factory 3.6 Pentastar engine. Some clients have also reported a 1-4 MPG increase in combined city/highway driving. It is important to note that RIPP recommends professional installation with mechanical knowledge and support. While a startup tune is included, vehicles should be professionally dyno-tested to refine the calibration, especially if modifications beyond a catback exhaust are present. RIPP is not responsible for discrepancies between different dyno readings or for tuning outside of the provided calibration. This kit is CARB certified for 2015-2016 models (D-705-1).
