Description

The Vortex Racing CKG4119 is a 520 chain and sprocket kit designed for the Kawasaki EX500 from 1987-2009. This kit includes a 16-tooth front sprocket and a 42-tooth rear sprocket, providing a gear ratio of 2.63. The chain is gold in color and has 104 links.

The components are constructed from high carbon steel for maximum strength and durability. The front sprocket features drilled lightening holes to reduce rotating mass, while both sprockets have an induction-hardened surface treatment for reduced wear. The front sprocket also has a special Vortex Nichel plating to resist corrosion, and the rear sprocket features a black satin electro-plated finish.
