Description

The Vortex Racing CKG6264 is a chain and sprocket kit designed for the Yamaha YZF600R 1994-2007. This kit features a 520-size chain and a 14-tooth front sprocket paired with a 49-tooth rear sprocket, offering a 3.50 gear ratio. The gold-colored chain has 108 links and a tensile strength of 9400.

The front sprocket is made of high-carbon steel with a nickel coating for corrosion resistance and induction hardening for wear reduction. The rear sprocket is constructed from 7075 T6 aluminum, featuring a black hardcoat with PTFE for enhanced lubricity, making it lighter than a standard steel sprocket to improve acceleration. The RX3 chain includes X-ring seals for reduced friction and lightening holes to decrease rotating mass.
