The Vortex Racing CKG6466 is a 520 conversion street kit designed for enhanced performance. This kit features a steel front sprocket with drilled lightening holes for reduced rotating mass, high carbon steel construction for strength, and special Nickel plating to resist corrosion. The front sprocket is induction hardened for reduced surface wear and manufactured to precise tolerances for concentricity.

The rear sprocket is made from 7075 T6 aluminum, offering a lightweight yet durable alternative to steel stock sprockets. This aluminum construction contributes to a considerable reduction in mass and improved acceleration due to less rotating weight. The F5 PTFE Black Hardcoat finish provides added lubricity, making the sprocket stay cleaner and last longer. The kit includes a Vortex RX3 Chain with drilled links to reduce rotating mass, X-ring seals for reduced friction, and improved tensile strength, complete with a rivet-type connecting link.
