Description

The Vortex Racing CK6450 is a 520 chain and sprocket kit designed for the Yamaha XSR900 (2017-2018). This kit features a steel front sprocket with 15 teeth and an aluminum rear sprocket with 47 teeth, resulting in a 3.13 ratio. The kit includes a 110-link, black 520 RX3 chain with X-ring seals for reduced friction and improved tensile strength.

The front sprocket is made from high carbon steel for maximum strength and features induction hardening to reduce wear. The rear sprocket is constructed from durable 7075 T6 aluminum, which offers a lightweight, high-performance alternative to steel stock sprockets. The rear sprocket also has a PTFE black hardcoat for added lubricity, ensuring it stays cleaner and lasts longer. The chain's drilled links reduce rotating mass, contributing to improved acceleration.
