The Dirty Diesel Customs Vortex Stage 2 Turbocharger is a 100% bolt-on, drop-in replacement designed for 2004.5-2010 6.6L Duramax GMC/Chevrolet HD trucks.

This turbocharger features a point-milled compressor housing to accommodate a 64mm compressor wheel for quicker spool-up and a 10-blade, 66mm high-flow turbine wheel for efficient spooling and impressive top-end power. It is capable of producing 650 to 700 HP with supporting modifications.

The Dirty Diesel Customs Vortex Stage 2 Turbocharger is engineered as a 100% bolt-on, drop-in replacement for 2004.5-2010 6.6L Duramax GMC/Chevrolet HD trucks. This turbo is designed to maximize performance, offering a capable output of 650 to 700 HP when paired with supporting modifications. Key features include an upgraded billet 64mm compressor wheel with extended tips, which contributes to quicker spool-up times. The turbo also boasts an upgraded 66mm, 10-blade high-flow turbine wheel, providing efficient spooling and significant top-end power gains. Enhancements like improved boost control and upgraded 360 thrust bearings contribute to cooler EGTs and overall performance. Installation notes specify that LLY models require the Garrett 771864-0001 Vane Position Sensor Adapter. Custom tuning is also recommended to optimize the performance of this turbocharger. The product comes with a full 1-year unlimited mile warranty.
