Vossen's all-new Hybrid Forged™ wheel, the HFX-4, is derived from its forged counterpart, the VPS-2. The robotic custom HF program allows for personalized fitments and bolt patterns, specific to any 5-lug, or 6-lug vehicle make or model. The wheel utilizes a flow forming process where a cast wheel is mounted to a flow forming drum, heat is applied, and hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to the barrel. The material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width, improving the grain structure of the aluminum for a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel. Vossen offers a Custom Tailored Program to custom CNC wheels to virtually any desired bolt pattern, center bore, and offset. Finishes are crafted and produced in Miami, FL, USA.
