The Fast Intentions Nissan 370Z Exhaust System is engineered as a direct OEM replacement, offering a significant performance upgrade for the VQ37VHR V6 engine. Its X Pipe design specifically targets an increase in low-end torque and maximizes power delivery throughout the entire RPM band. Constructed from 2.5-inch T-304 mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, the system features 3/8-inch thick mild steel flanges that are bright nickel plated to prevent corrosion. The flanges are internally welded, sanded, and port-n-polished for smooth exhaust flow and reduced turbulence. Standard mufflers are 6" x 14" round polished stainless steel, with optional carbon fiber mufflers available. The system includes 4.5" dual wall, resonated, polished stainless steel exhaust tips. Resonators within the X Pipe are available in 12" or 18" stainless steel perforated core options to reduce interior noise without compromising performance. Installation is straightforward with simple hand tools, as no cutting or welding is required. The lowest point of the exhaust is the mufflers, which sit at or above the OEM exhaust system's height. The system is designed for both Left and Right Hand Drive 2009-2021 Nissan 370Z models, including Base, Sport, Touring, and NISMO trims. Gaskets, hardware, and installation instructions are included. The product is hand-built in the USA and comes with a limited 3-year warranty on welds, craftsmanship, mufflers, and tips. Performance gains include an average increase of 20 rear wheel horsepower and 11 foot-pounds of torque over the factory exhaust. The system also aids in reducing Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) by freeing up back pressure. The weight is reduced compared to the factory exhaust, with the carbon fiber muffler version weighing 41 lbs and the stainless steel muffler version weighing 47 lbs (when paired with a 12" resonated X pipe).
