The Private Label Mfg. Power Driven heat exchanger is an upgraded cooling solution designed to replace the factory unit in 2016-2023 Infiniti Q50 and Q60 vehicles equipped with the 3.0L twin-turbo VR30DDTT engine. By increasing cooling capacity, this component helps prevent heat soak and reduces intake charge temperatures, which is critical when running increased boost levels or pushing the vehicle in extreme conditions. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, this heat exchanger utilizes a 100% high-density furnace-brazed core, which avoids the use of epoxies to ensure superior heat dissipation. It features precision-machined billet aluminum necks for added durability and a corrosion-resistant coating for longevity. With a 22mm core thickness compared to the 11mm factory unit, it provides 228% more fluid capacity than the stock component. Installation can typically be completed with basic hand tools. Please note that this product is specifically engineered for 3.0TT VR30 models; it is not compatible with other engine configurations. Instructions are not included with the unit.
