VR6 Turbo Kit

The HPA Motorsports Full Throttle eXtreme (FTX) 700 VR6 Turbo Kit is engineered to deliver substantial power gains, targeting up to 705HP and 790 ft-lbs of torque. This comprehensive kit replaces stock components with high-performance parts to handle the increased output. Included in the FTX700 kit is a Borg Warner EFR 8374 single scroll turbocharger, HPA's proprietary cast exhaust manifold with Inconel turbo studs, and a CNC-machined billet aluminum turbo inlet adapter. The kit also features stainless steel downpipes with an interlock flex joint, fabricated stainless steel heat shields, and a turbo blanket. For intake and cooling, it incorporates a liquid-cooled short runner intake manifold with an aftercooler package for Air-to-Water Intercooling (AWIC), along with a VR6 compression reduction kit. Fueling and engine management are addressed with 750ml fuel injectors, a parallel fuel system with an auxiliary fuel pump, a 3.8 bar fuel pressure regulator, a larger MAF sensor, and custom-wrapped silicone boost plumbing. The kit also comes with an E-boost 2 electronic boost controller, stainless steel oil and water lines, vacuum lines, and emission control integration. ECU software is included to optimize performance with the new hardware. To achieve the full 700HP/790TQ potential, specific supporting modifications are required, including race-grade connecting rod bearings, an HPA 88mm exhaust system, a high-flow cat section, HPA CVP camshafts (core exchange), Ferrea FTX 3.2L VR6 valvetrain and valve set kits, Carrillo connecting rods, Mahle Power Pak pistons, an FTX-700 inline fuel pump upgrade, and a Snow Performance Stage 3 EFI 2D Map progressive water injection kit. For vehicles equipped with a DSG transmission, a DQ500 conversion with HPA DSG clutches is required. Manual transmission vehicles will need an MQ500 conversion and a Clutch Masters FX-850 clutch kit.
