Show original supplier description
The Vorsteiner VRS Aero Vented Fenders with Side Skirts represent an advanced aerodynamic enhancement for the BMW G8X M2. Engineered with a relentless pursuit of advancement, these components utilize a state-of-the-art aerospace-grade autoclave process. This method produces carbon fiber parts with exceptional rigidity, structural integrity, and a superior surface finish, resulting in aerodynamics that are both advanced in appearance and function. Manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber, a technology typically reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications, these parts are 20–30% stiffer and stronger than traditional wet-lay carbon fiber. The vacuum-drawing process eliminates unnecessary resin, resulting in lighter components without compromising rigidity or durability. The V-Style design features a 2x2 glossy carbon fiber weave. Vorsteiner's proprietary manufacturing process ensures exceptional control over tolerances, fit, and finish, delivering OEM-level installation. The product is specifically designed for the G8X M2 model.
