The VIS Racing VRS Style is a carbon fiber hood designed for the 2006-2007 Subaru WRX 4-door models. It is constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material with a high-gloss, UV-protective polyurethane coating.

This hood features a two-part construction with a smooth underside shell for enhanced structural integrity. The edges are hand-smoothed for a quality finish. VIS Racing also utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for lighter and more durable parts. Each hood comes with a VIS badge of authenticity.

The VIS Racing VRS Style carbon fiber hood is specifically designed for the 2006 and 2007 Subaru WRX 4-door models. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood features a high-gloss finish protected by an ultra-clear, UV-resistant polyurethane coating (Poly Shield). The manufacturing process involves a two-part design where the carbon fiber top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. VIS Racing further refines this process with their Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces parts that are 10-20% lighter while increasing durability. This V.I.P. process is being integrated across their carbon parts range. All VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks include a VIS badge of authenticity. For safety and due to the intended use of these performance parts, hood pins are required. It is important to note that these products are intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise permitted by local and state laws.
