Its construction begins with a blank forged under 10,000 metric tons of pressure, which refines the aluminum's grain structure and eliminates porosity for superior durability. This wheel features extra-deep, side-milled spokes, a process that carves away excess material without compromising strength, achieved through precision CNC machining. Apex has also reinforced critical areas, including a stronger inner lip, ensuring a higher load rating. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was extensively used to identify and reinforce high-stress zones. The design and manufacturing process have been independently tested by STL, exceeding JWL standards for increased duration, impact drop height, and total load.
