Overview

The VSR 60mm Wastegate Gen3 is a high-performance external wastegate designed to control exhaust gases in turbocharged engines. It features a new piston design with a double O-ring seal and a quick-release V-band top hat.

This wastegate offers multiple port configurations for dome sensor and CO2 setups. It comes pre-installed with 4.6 and 6.4 PSI springs, with a cracking pressure of 8 PSI and full open at 10 PSI.

The VSR 60mm Wastegate Gen3 is a racing-oriented external wastegate engineered to effectively manage exhaust gas flow, preventing over-boosting and protecting turbocharged engines. Its Gen3 design incorporates a new piston actuator with a double O-ring seal for enhanced durability and a quick-release V-band top hat for simplified installation and maintenance. Featuring a versatile multiple port configuration, this wastegate accommodates both dome sensor and CO2 setups, offering flexibility for various tuning strategies. It includes pre-installed springs with a cracking pressure of 8 PSI and a full open pressure of 10 PSI, with an additional 4.6 and 6.4 PSI spring set included. Instructions are provided for connecting pressure sources, whether using spring pressure directly from the turbo or an electronic solenoid setup. Constructed with a stainless steel base and an aluminum top, this wastegate is built for longevity under demanding conditions. The unit is finished in black.
