VSR Next Gen 7875 Cast Turbocharger

The VSR Next Gen 7875 Cast turbocharger is designed for high-performance applications. It features a compressor with a 78mm inducer and a 102mm exducer, paired with a turbine that has an 83mm exducer and a 75mm inducer. This turbo offers several turbine housing configurations to suit different needs: a 1.25 AR T4 divided housing, a .96 AR T4 open housing, or a dual v-band .96 AR housing. The compressor outlet is a 3-inch slip fit, while the turbine outlet options vary by housing choice, including 4-inch V-band, 3-inch V-band (for the .96 AR T4), or 3.5-inch (for the dual v-band). The inlet flange is a T4 divided type. It utilizes a journal bearing center housing with a 1/8-inch NPT oil feed fitting and a standard T4 oil drain with an M8x1.25 thread pitch for the flange. With a power rating of up to 1000 flywheel horsepower, this turbo is suitable for many V8 engines with displacements of 300 cubic inches or larger, making it a popular choice for 5.3 LS swap turbo kits.
