VT2-650 Intercooled Supercharger System

The ESS Tuning VT2-650 is an intercooled supercharger system designed for the BMW M5 and M6 S85. It features a self-contained Vortech V3Si supercharger unit capable of up to 775hp, a custom cast aluminum manifold with a high-capacity liquid intercooler, and Bosch Motorsport injectors. The system includes ESS E-Flash OBD2 software for optimized engine control, including ignition timing, throttle response, VANOS, and fuel delivery.

The VT2-650 system provides a smooth power delivery, maintaining stock-like drivability until power is demanded, at which point it offers significant acceleration. It supports SMG and manual transmissions and requires 91AKI/95RON or higher fuel. The system is compatible with E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6 models from 2005-2010 and comes with a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty. Installation time is estimated at 14-18 hours using standard hand tools, with no irreversible modifications required.
