VT2-650 Intercooled Supercharger System

The ESS Tuning VT2-650 Intercooled Supercharger System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the 2008-2013 BMW M3 [E90/E92/E93]. This system is built around a potent Vortech V3 Si-trim supercharger, capable of producing up to 775hp, and integrates a high-capacity liquid intercooler system within a specially developed cast aluminum intake manifold. The manifold features optimized runners and velocity stacks to maintain consistent intake charge temperatures during demanding driving conditions, ensuring maximum power output and reliability. Key components of this system include a 7PK (7-rib) heavy-duty belt drive system with VT2-650 spec gear ratios, 8 larger Bosch Motorsport fuel injectors (650 spec), and a K&N high-flow air filter. The system also includes the ESS E-Flash OBD2 cable and proprietary MSS60 engine software. This software is perfectly optimized and dyno-tweaked for the VT2-650, featuring a removed top speed governor and recalibrated VANOS control, fuel delivery, and electronic throttle for quicker response and optimal ignition timing. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on process, requiring approximately 8-14 hours with normal hand tools and no irreversible modifications to the vehicle. The system maintains all OBD-II functions and is backed by a comprehensive 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty program. It requires the use of 93AKI/98RON or higher octane fuel, and a HFC or cat-delete mid-section is recommended for optimal performance. Compatibility is specific to manual transmission cars or DCT cars with BMW software release 12/2010 or later, or those equipped with ESS DCT Performance Transmission Software.
