The GC Motorsports PR3-1 is a VTEC DOHC cylinder head for B16A engines. This cylinder head has been resurfaced and includes new Super-tech valve seals. The valves are 3-angled and seats are back-cut to match, with the assembly pressure tested for valve sealing.

The GC Motorsports PR3-1 is a VTEC DOHC cylinder head, removed from a B16A engine and professionally prepared for reinstallation. This unit has undergone a comprehensive resurfacing process from top to bottom. It features new Super-tech valve seals, and the valves have been 3-angled while the seats are back-cut to ensure optimal sealing. The entire assembly has been pressure tested to complete its valve sealing process. Included with this cylinder head are an OEM B16A camshaft, valve springs, steel retainers, keepers, and B16 cam gears, along with new cam cap hardware and OEM intake and exhaust valves. Advanced cleaning techniques, including tumbling, hot tanking, and vapor honing with walnut media, are employed to ensure zero contamination. Critical components like the oil galley are meticulously cleaned, and any compromised valve guides are replaced. This cylinder head is ready for installation and requires no core return. It is compatible with 1994-2001 Acura Integra and 1998-2001 Honda Civic Si models. Please note that no cam seals are installed; your mechanic will need to perform this adjustment during installation. For warranty validation, the heat tab must remain unaltered and intact; any damage from improper installation, handling, overheating, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
