Overview

The CS Racing CSR-VULCAN-S is a full exhaust system for the Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. It is handcrafted in Brazil from 100% 304 stainless steel, featuring laser-cut precision and a sleek, lightweight design.

It is in-house dyno tested for maximum gains and includes a removable dB Killer to reduce noise by approximately 2 dB. The system also features two O2 sensor bungs and a plug for stock sensors.

The CS Racing CSR-VULCAN-S is a full exhaust system meticulously handcrafted in Brazil from premium 100% 304 stainless steel, designed to elevate the performance and aesthetics of your Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 (2015-2026). Its sleek, lightweight design, coupled with precise laser-cut edges and a durable hi-temp finish, provides a custom look that sets your bike apart. The exhaust has undergone in-house dyno testing to ensure maximum gains. Significant weight savings are also a key benefit of this premium construction. The system comes equipped with two O2 sensor bungs for stock sensors, and an optional plug is included if your bike lacks an O2 sensor. A removable dB Killer is also provided, which can reduce noise levels by approximately 2-5 dB. While most bikes do not require a remap or tuner, some European models or newer bikes with dual O2 sensors may benefit from or require ECU tuning or a servo eliminator. This exhaust is not Euro 4/5 compliant, as it features the removal of the catalytic converter and is not street-certified in Europe or other regions with similar regulations. The product is backed by a 1-year full warranty.
