Description

The Gwatney Performance GPI-L99-Cam is a VVT camshaft renowned as a benchmark for L99-powered 5th Generation Camaros. It is available in four distinct iterations, ranging from mild performance enhancements with near-stock drivability to aggressive, all-out naturally aspirated race applications. This camshaft is engineered to provide significant performance gains, with specifications that include an intake/exhaust duration of 219/231 degrees and an intake/exhaust valve lift of .637/.637 inches. The LSA is set at 112 with an ICL of +6. Installation of these high-lift cams necessitates specific supporting modifications. A dual .660 valve spring set, hardened pushrods, and an AFM/DoD delete are required. Gwatney Performance also offers a complete Cam Install Package for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS (L99) to ensure proper integration. It is important to note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California or other states with comparable emissions regulations.
