VVT Turbocharger 63mm Billet Wheel for Duramax 6.6L

The Dirty Hooker Diesel CPS200281, also known as the Calibrated Power Stealth Mach 1 64mm VVT Turbocharger, is a performance upgrade engineered for 2004.5-2010 GM Duramax 6.6L LLY, LBZ, and LMM engines. This direct bolt-on turbocharger is designed to replace OEM part numbers like 736554-5014 and others. It is built with a 63mm billet compressor wheel and a 64mm billet turbine wheel, paired with a 360-degree thrust bearing for enhanced durability and performance. This turbocharger aims to significantly improve upon the stock turbo's limitations, which typically max out around 530 RWHP and struggle with Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) above 400HP. The Stealth 64 VVT extends the useful power curve, allowing for up to 650 RWHP with proper tuning. It also offers improved EGT control during sustained heavy load conditions, such as towing up long grades, and provides turbine braking. For optimal performance, EGT control, and spool-up, it is recommended to pair this turbo with a High Flow Intake Bundle Kit. The unit supersedes the DM16B1070202000 model. Applications include the 2004-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500/3500 and 2004-2010 GMC Sierra 2500/3500.
