Description

The Maxwell VWC 2500 Vertical Windlass Kit is a hydraulic marine windlass designed for automatic single/dual direction chainwheel operation. It features marine-grade 316 Stainless Steel and chromed bronze components for durability in harsh marine environments. The integral chain pipe and stripper ensure jam-free operation, and it offers both port and starboard chain pipes for twin installations. This windlass is equipped with a cone-type brake/clutch for manual 'free fall' anchoring and clutch disengagement for independent rope hauling with a Max-grip™ warping drum.
