W140AX 2.3L Competition Supercharger Kit

The Whipple W140AX 2.3L Competition Supercharger Kit provides a substantial performance enhancement for 1999-2000 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning and Harley-Davidson 5.4L trucks. This kit replaces the factory Eaton roots-type supercharger with a larger, more efficient 2.3L twin-screw compressor, delivering enhanced airflow, instant boost response, and the broad torque curve Whipple is known for. The W140AX features an axial-entry compressor design that improves airflow efficiency, leading to cooler, denser charge air and more usable power. The system includes a large-mouth inlet casting, a high-flow cold air intake with an S&B True Flow filter, and an oversized bypass valve for improved part-throttle operation. It is internally lubricated and does not require oil pan tapping. This product is intended solely for vehicles used in sanctioned competition and is not legal for use on public roads or highways. It is specifically not legal for registered vehicles in California. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is the responsibility of the installer and user. Depending on pulley setup, crank pulley, engine build, fuel system, and supporting components, the W140AX platform can support a boost range of approximately 8-25 PSI. Out of the box, the kit is designed to support up to 13 PSI. Higher boost levels necessitate appropriate engine, fuel, cooling, belt-drive, and calibration support. Professional installation is recommended due to its medium difficulty.
