W140AX 2.3L Intercooled Supercharger System

The Whipple W140AX 2.3L Intercooled Supercharger No Flash Tool (NFT) Kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on power upgrade for 2014-2018 GM 2500HD trucks equipped with the 6.0L V8 engine. This system is specifically designed to deliver substantial low-end torque and dependable towing performance, capable of adding over 140 horsepower on 91-octane fuel with a conservative 7-8 psi of boost, all while preserving excellent drivability. This advanced twin-screw design internally compresses air, resulting in cooler, denser charge air and reduced parasitic loss compared to other supercharger types. The W140AX provides instant boost from idle, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty trucks that require immediate torque for towing, hauling, and daily driving. A large air-to-water intercooler, custom-tailored for the GM 6.0L platform, is integrated into the system. This intercooler effectively lowers intake air temperatures, which supports safer ignition timing, consistent power output, and enhanced reliability during sustained load conditions such as towing or heavy work.
