The Whipple WK-1111B is a complete twin-screw supercharger system engineered for 2007-2013 GM 5.3L trucks and 2007-2014 GM 5.3L SUVs. It is a bolt-on package that delivers substantial horsepower and torque gains. At the core of this system is Whipple's W140AX 2.3L twin-screw supercharger, known for its efficient airflow, immediate boost response, and broad torque delivery. When used with 91-octane fuel and the included calibration, the kit can produce gains of up to 225 horsepower and 215 lb-ft over stock. The system also includes a massive bar-and-plate air-to-water intercooler, an oversized heat exchanger, and an electric intercooler pump to maintain lower air charge temperatures under load. Included in the comprehensive package are high-flow fuel injectors, HP Tuners RTD support for flashing, logging, and scanning, a high-flow S&B air filter, and the necessary hardware for installation. It's important to note that this kit is designed for stock, unmodified, well-maintained engines and requires premium fuel (91 octane or better). The supplied calibration is intended for stock engines only, and modifications like long tube headers, cold air intakes, cams, or larger throttle bodies are not supported by the included tune.
