W175FF 2.9L Intercooled Supercharger Competition Kit

The Whipple W175FF 2.9L Intercooled Supercharger Competition Kit is engineered to significantly boost the power and performance of your 2008-2013 6.2L Chevrolet Corvette C6, excluding ZR1 models. This "tuner" kit includes the W175AX 2.9L twin-screw supercharger, an aluminum high-flow intake manifold, an oversized air-to-water intercooler for reduced air charge temperatures, an air filter, pulley, hoses, and wiring harnesses. The twin-screw design with its 3x5 rotor combination offers increased RPM capacity and airflow compared to other designs. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation, and this kit does not include fuel system upgrades (injectors) or a programmer. It requires 91 octane or higher fuel and is recommended for professional installation. A significant consideration is that this supercharger does not clear the stock factory hood, necessitating the purchase of an aftermarket hood, which is sold separately.
