The Whipple Supercharger Kit is a comprehensive forced-induction system engineered for the 2014-2017 Chevrolet SS equipped with the 6.2L LS3 V8 engine. This kit leverages Whipple's extensive experience in twin-screw supercharging, dating back to 1987, to deliver substantial increases in torque, power, and throttle response, transforming the vehicle's performance. At the core of this system is the W175FF 2.9L front-feed twin-screw supercharger, designed for optimal airflow and instant boost. This advanced design ensures strong low-end torque and broad power delivery across the RPM range. The kit is capable of producing over 220 rear-wheel horsepower, bringing the total to 575+ RWHP on compatible applications. To manage the increased performance, the kit incorporates a massive air-to-water intercooler coupled with an oversized heat exchanger.
