The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed to significantly improve cooling performance and increase power for the Suzuki Swift 1.4 Boosterjet. It features a competition mesh with dimensions of 590 mm x 170 mm x 100 mm, offering a 98% increase in volume over the OEM intercooler. This results in more cool, dense air for the engine, leading to a noticeable performance boost.

The intercooler boasts a 10% larger flow area (1003 cm² vs. OEM 913 cm²) for maximum heat transfer. Its cast aluminum end boxes are optimized using CAD and CFD simulations to minimize back pressure and ensure ideal airflow.
