Wagner Tuning Audi S2 RS2 Performance Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning Competition EVO2 Gen.2 Intercooler Kit is a high-performance upgrade for the Audi S2/RS2, designed to maximize intercooling and increase power. It features a new competition core with dimensions of 500 mm x 220 mm x 90 mm (9.9 liters), offering an 18% larger frontal surface and 65% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The cast aluminum end tanks are flow-optimized using CAD and CFD simulations for efficient airflow and reduced back pressure. This kit is specifically designed for use with Wagner Tuning's short intake manifold to minimize turbulence and optimize the intake tract. It is a lightweight design, weighing only 6.8 kg (intercooler only), and offers plug & play installation, directly replacing the OEM intercooler. The intercooler features an anti-corrosion powder coating for durability and optimal cooling effect. The kit includes the intercooler (black), a stainless steel crossmember, a pipe for the ISV valve, silicone hoses (intercooler to throttle body, silicon adapter 50-70mm, silicone hose water), and mounting material.
