Wagner Tuning BMW E82/E90 EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit

The BMW Competition Intercooler Kit EVO III features a stepped core (510mm x 303mm x 180mm / 20.65L, or 20Inch x 11.9Inch x 7.09Inch / 1260.14Inch³). This high-performance core provides a 162% larger frontal area and 182% more volume than the stock intercooler. Engineers optimized the endtank design and core size for increased flow and cooling. It uses a WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core made of high-quality Tube Fin cores with internal turbulators and CFD-optimized cast aluminum endtanks. Stock click connections are replaced with Ø70mm/2.756Inch connections (inlet/outlet) and reinforced silicone hoses. This results in excellent cooling and significantly less pressure drop than stock. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 13.2kg (29.1 lbs). It features an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal heat dissipation. The kit offers optimal cooling for increased power, is 100% perfect fit, and ready for installation with minor adjustments to the plastic cooler support. All products undergo rigorous quality control.
