Wagner Tuning Fiat 500 595 Abarth Competition Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is a direct upgrade designed for the Fiat 595 Abarth Competizione and Fiat 500 Abarth 595 1.4 Turbo (103-132 kW / 140-180 PS, 2015-2022) with a manual gearbox. It replaces the factory side-mounted intercoolers with a single, larger front-mounted core to provide the engine with cooler, denser air. The kit features a Tube Fin design measuring 600 mm x 204.6 mm x 80 mm with a total volume of 9.8 litres, offering an 85% larger frontal surface and 131% more core volume than the stock setup for significantly enhanced cooling capacity and resistance to heat soak. The cast aluminum end tanks are CAD-developed and CFD-refined for smooth airflow, and a new elliptical outlet paired with silicone hoses shortens the charge air path and reduces back pressure for improved throttle response.
