Wagner Tuning Ford Focus ST Performance Intercooler Kit

This Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for the Ford Focus ST MK II ST (2005-2008) and Facelift Ford Focus ST MK 2 (2008-2010). It features a high-performance core with turbulators, a size of 730x300x70mm, and a volume of 15330cm³ (significantly larger than the standard 660x160x65mm, 6864cm³ volume). The intercooler includes CAD/FEM optimized end tanks made of cast aluminum and has original RS500 fitments. It offers approximately 100% larger face area and 125% larger volume compared to the OEM intercooler, resulting in simple assembly. This kit is designed to reduce fuel consumption while increasing engine power and efficiency. The packing list includes one intercooler painted black, two silicone hoses, and mounting hardware.
