Wagner Tuning McLaren 570 S/GT OEM Head Stud Set - Burnished

This set replaces the original cylinder head bolts with high-strength Pro-Series 18.8 stud bolts. It is necessary for significant performance increases, as the original cylinder head bolts can elongate during operation and cause the cylinder head to lift off. The Pro-Series 18.8 stud bolts provide a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm² (270,000+ PSI). A key advantage is that these stud bolts do not need to be replaced after disassembly and can be reused. They are made in Germany from a special steel, with a tensile strength of 1850+ N/mm² after tempering. All threads are formed (rolled), not cut, which increases the strength of the tooth flanks by approximately 30%. All Pro-Series products are supplied with a nickel coating or optionally with a black oxide finish for long-term corrosion protection, even under the toughest conditions. The stud bolts feature a hexagon socket drive on the head side for easy installation. A cone on the engine block side of the stud ensures support in the bore of the thread in the engine block, protecting the threads during frequent assembly of racing engines. The included nuts and washers also boast a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm².
