Description

The Wagner Tuning performance intercooler kit is a high-performance cooling solution engineered to replace stock intercoolers on the Porsche 996 Turbo (2000-2006) and 996 Turbo S (2004-2006). Utilizing advanced CAD-optimized internal airflow, these cast aluminum intercoolers offer a net volume of 7,029 cc, representing a 17% increase in volume over the original equipment. Despite this capacity upgrade, the units remain lightweight at 5.7 kg each and are pressure-tested to be stable up to 6 bar to handle extreme operating conditions. This complete, ready-to-install kit includes two intercoolers, silicone hoses, aluminum adapters, and the necessary hose clamps and mounting hardware. Installation requires only minimal adjustments to the original air ducts, and the package comes with full installation instructions to assist with the process.
