High-performance intercooler for Toyota GR Yaris, designed for peak performance and racing. Features a stepped core with dimensions of 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm, offering a 24% larger inflow area and 69% more core volume compared to the original intercooler. This ensures optimal cooling of supercharged air and increased power. Cast aluminum end boxes, developed with CAD technology and CFD simulations, provide ideal internal airflow and outstanding cooling with minimal back pressure. Includes a custom air baffle to ensure sufficient airflow to adjacent components like the water cooler. The intercooler has a high-quality anti-corrosion coating for superior heat conduction and environmental protection. Installation is plug-and-play using original mounting points. Inlet and outlet diameters are increased to 60 mm, and the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum boost and charge pipe.
