Wagner Tuning VAG 1.4L TSI Competition Intercooler

The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler features a core size of 590mm x 170mm x 100mm, resulting in a 70% larger frontal area and 112% more volume compared to the original intercooler. It is designed to remove OEM bottlenecks, increasing flow rating and charge cooling properties. The intercooler core utilizes turbulators and is constructed from high-quality Tube and Fin cores combined with CAD-optimized cast aluminum. Flow analyses and simulations were used to optimize the internal airflow. This intercooler aims to provide significant performance gains and lower intake temperatures with less pressure drop than the OEM unit. It also has an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal heat dissipating characteristics. The kit is designed for a plug & play installation, using existing plumbing, and directly replaces the OEM intercooler. The connection diameter on both sides is 55mm.
