This Gen.2 Competition Intercooler features a 610mm x 440mm x 65mm core, offering 10% larger frontal area and 50% more volume than the OEM Audi S3 intercooler. It utilizes a WAGNERTUNING competition core for high cooling performance and a lightweight design (9.2 KG / 20.28 lbs). CAD-optimized, the new high-speed core and cast aluminum end tanks minimize pressure drop. It includes an anti-corrosion coating, CNC machined hose connections for pressure stability, and an internal air guide for uniform air distribution.
