The Warren Diesel WD-175CCSTK is a popular fuel injector set for 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L vehicles, offering a significant upgrade over stock. These injectors provide 40cc of fuel flow over stock and are engineered to support up to 500 rear-wheel horsepower. Each injector undergoes rigorous testing, including in-house flow testing and four additional procedures, to ensure quality and performance. All internal mating surfaces are remanufactured, defective parts are replaced, and new solenoids and O-rings are installed. The set includes all essential hardware for a complete installation, such as O-rings and copper crush washers. To ensure optimal performance and to minimize rough idle when using these injectors, custom tuning is required. Additionally, the vehicle must be equipped with an aftermarket lift pump or a regulated return system to guarantee adequate fuel delivery. Warren Diesel offers a 6-month warranty on these injectors.
