The TiAL Sport Q-Series Blow-Off Valve is the first revision of TiAL's original BV50, offering a significant increase in flow rate – 60% more than its predecessor. This high-flowing 50mm valve is designed to vent excess boost pressure, leading to improved engine power and torque, reduced heat soak, and decreased supercharger clutch wear. It also helps to prevent significant RPM drops during idle or normal use, safeguarding other components. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy, the Q-Series BOV features a robust 50mm valve with a dedicated stem and seal. It comes with a weld base mounting flange made from either aluminum or mild steel, with stainless steel hardware available as an upgrade for enhanced reliability. The aluminum housing can be anodized in various colors. This valve is capable of supporting up to 1,800 horsepower and is available with springs for different vacuum levels, including a -2 psi spring specifically for supercharged applications. This product is a universal blow-off valve and includes the Q Assembly, TiAL V-band clamp, V-band weld flange, TiAL air fitting, and a high-pressure O-ring. It is compatible with any standard TiAL flange without requiring re-welding.
