Overview

It is not suitable for use with electronic or vacuum actuated wastegates. The controller is available with either a 3-port or 4-port MAC solenoid valve.

This controller offers precise boost management and is available in two configurations based on solenoid type. Users can choose between Kit# 3005, which includes a MAC 3-port solenoid, or Kit# 3008, featuring a MAC 4-port solenoid. The 3-port version is recommended for turbo systems where the highest target boost is less than double the wastegate's 'gate pressure,' or if the wastegate has only a single port. The 4-port solenoid is intended for dual-port wastegates when the highest target boost exceeds double the 'gate pressure,' or in systems experiencing high exhaust backpressure or utilizing 2-step/anti-lag systems that can force the wastegate open during spool-up. The G-Force III allows for control over peak boost, rise rate, and closed-loop correction, with the ability to display boost pressure in PSI, BAR, or KPA. It also features six programmable boost presets, enabling users to quickly switch between different boost levels. The controller can manage boost pressures up to 50 PSI.
