Water/Methanol Injection Kit V2

The AEM V2 Water/Methanol Injection Kit is a universal performance upgrade designed to suppress detonation and reduce engine inlet temperatures in forced induction and high-performance naturally aspirated engines. It allows users to increase boost pressure and advance ignition timing without the need for higher-octane race fuel, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from racecars to daily drivers. The kit features a boost-dependent controller with an integrated MAP sensor, large adjustment knobs, and enhanced splash resistance for the status light and test button. It includes a "Boost Safe" failsafe output to protect the engine. The internally bypassed water/methanol pump ensures quiet, smooth operation and consistent fluid delivery, built with durable components like EPDM seals and a Santoprene diaphragm. A precision-machined billet-aluminum injector with a check valve is also part of the system. Included with the kit are three interchangeable injector nozzles (250cc/min, 500cc/min, and 1000cc/min) to accommodate various horsepower levels. The system also comes with a 1-gallon tank (10" x 8.5" x 4.25") equipped with a conductive low-fluid sensor and a positive lock connector. Additionally, 20 feet of Nylon injection tubing and an LED dash light for system status and low fluid warnings are provided. The kit operates on a 12V system and requires hardware for installation.
