Water Outlet with EGR Block-Off for RBB/RBC Cylinder Heads

It is engineered to maximize clearance by accommodating the intake and exhaust cam sensors, fitting into less space than the K20 cam sensor requires and matching the space the K24 cam sensor needs. This filler neck uniquely merges the original water outlet with the traditionally unused EGR passage on RBB and RBC cylinder heads. Water is sent to the intake manifold flange surface, where a bypass adapter re-merges the EGR port with the enlarged original water bypass port. This design achieves a flow level that allows the flange to serve as an outlet. **Important Note:** This product is compatible only with RBB/RBC/RSP cylinder heads or similar heads that do not have a complete EGR system, and the passage to the intake manifold surface must be unused. It is mandatory that the cylinder head's original water bypass port be enlarged to increase water flow; the original .500" port is insufficient and must be opened up. The EGR passage measures .750", and the original water bypass port can be enlarged to approximately .830" x .920". The block-off measures 11/16" thick and does not include a heater outlet. Optional bungs can be welded over the heater passage if space allows, or an M28 x 1.0 adapter can be used. The M5 Drill and Tap Kit is highly recommended for additional support to the upper link, and it is imperative that the upper radiator hose is designed with droop/give to prevent stress on the new outlet.
