Description

The Bullet Proof Diesel Water Pump Assembly is a direct-fit replacement designed for Ford 6.0L Power Stroke engines from 2004.5 to 2007. It features a billet aluminum impeller and housing, replacing the failure-prone OEM plastic impeller. This upgrade enhances durability and prevents common failures like cracked impellers and subsequent overheating and expensive repairs. The stiffer aluminum impeller also reduces flex under load, minimizing cavitation and erosion.
